Seth Merritt gets "Random" with his music |

Seth Merritt has been playing guitar for four years. His father taught him the basics, and he was hooked. He says he started writing songs in Junior High, but didn't like any of them enough to share his talent until High School. Now he's ready to share his music with the world, starting at coffee shops and small venues close to his home in Abilene, Texas, and his "summer home," in Glen Rose.
Seth has a strong relationship with the Lord and his faith shines strong in many of his songs. He also likes to let loose and have fun, so he has mixed in some "alternative" tunes and even some "mushy love songs" on his new album, which is fittingly named, "Random Much?"
Seth will be playing his random tunes on July 18, come show this new shooting star some support - and who knows, you might just be watching the next big thing... Storiebook Cafe is getting good and picking the hot ones and helping add pages to some great new chapters in the music scene!
